Good location and helpful staff. The sink was outside the toilet/bathroom.

The bathroom has no division between toilet and shower. So any bath you take, whole toilet gets wet.

Staff were not empowered to directly provide the correct flat tv remote. They use generic remotes which cannot use all the functions. Service was slow. The size and features of the executive suite was not worth the steep premium charged.

What i like about the property is im spoiled with alot of choice for food. Outside of the hotel and there’s also the famous Rawon calculator. I try the food there because of My Man Nex Carlos.. haha

What i didnt like about the stay i would say the in Room dining food.. the Hotel Food is just sad like seriously. I’ve been working in F&B industry almost 10years now what make me sad is just the hotel in room dining food. The burger i odered the portion of the patty is just sad maybe 100g or less.. and the taste is just off for me. Sad to say the street food outside the hotel is more plesent and taste better way better. Hope you guys can improve the menu of the food better. Other then that it was a plesent stay for me n family @ Grand darmo. Hope to visit u guys again in the future

The laundry service needs better management of their system.

A pool bar with a drink menu next to the pool, but no way to order. Eventually I got a beer delivered to the pool from the restaurant via a staff member and charged it to the room. I was later called in my room and told I could not charge to my room, so I arranged to pay later at dinner. But I was then called twice more about the charge. That interrupted my nap. That was not nice.

Location was easy access.

Check in time at 2pm But those daily customers given priority to check in anytime, happens with air hostesses just walk in. Shower in room was broken Requested wake up call, they said OK, didn't even get one, luckily set an alarm. The reception was talking rude when ask can we just use the facility 1st before we check in though we paid already. Breakfast was cold and no English breakfast

The rooms are amazing, the hospitality of the staff is also very good, the breakfast is varied and the taste is quite delicious. Definitely would come back if we visit this city again

Staff were nice. Breakfast was good,bbut expensive and an extra cost.

I could smell cigarette smoke in my non-smoking room, also the air-conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night and made noise which woke me up. Slippery wet tile in the pool area is dangerous, I almost fell.

Friendly staff, service and checkin was fast

Although the mattress apoeared to be new it was so terribly hard and uncomfortable. The food at this location was ok but certainly not above average.

The shower didn't work properly, safety box didn't work coz they didn't provide battery, television didn't work properly, very hard mattress.

Goeie kamer en prima ontbijt met goeie en attente medewerkers.

Op dag van vertrek was er itt andere momenten moeilijk aan een taxi te komen. De verantwoordelijke medewerker bood toen een alternatief aan voor 10 keer de prijs van een taxi. Na enig aandringen kwam er uiteindelijk toch een taxi.

* Centrum alleen met taxi goed bereikbaar (ca. 50.000 Rp) * zwembad in het restaurant; is toch wat ongemakkelijk om in je zwembroek tussen de dinerende gasten door te lopen

Goed hotel, heel goed bed, mooie grote kamer, ontbijt ok.

Jammer dat er geen ligbedden bij het zwembad staan.

我们是在网络上预定的，登记信息无误，且也收到确认邮件。但是晚上去办理入住时，前台却故意说找不到订单，然后过几分钟说可以给我们一个空房间入住，但是需要交额外现金才可以，之后又把我们的订单拍照给他的朋友，假装在帮我们查订单。后来我联系订购的平台服务人员，直接打电话给酒店前台，历经3个小时才得以解决。幸好晚上客服能电话联系，要不然我们就露宿街头喂印尼的蚊子。后面的朋友千万要小心，你们晚上入住时有可能遇到个黑心的前台！！！ A very bad night Check-in,Have order number and all the information is correct,but can't check in,Be careful,You need to call the Booking then Booking call the recepiton, Mosquitoes will suck your blood.

手机信号特别差，卫生间有很大异味

Kamar bagus, luas, tempat tidur king size nyaman, gordyn besar pemandangan bagus city view. TV berjalan tidak ada masalah, hot water kamar mandi ok, microwave kulkas ok. pemilihan wastafel diluar bagus seakan terlihat lebih luas kamarnya. Ada connecting door bagi keluarga yang hendak menginap berdampingan.

Ada kamar akses (connecting door) ke kamar sebelah, yg mana kalian bisa dengar percakapan ruangan sebelah. kamar mandi terkesan sempit, tidak ada kaca,
